Where to get your local east side quarantine coffee fix

Mile 42 Coffee (Loveland)

Located right on Broadway in downtown Loveland, Mile 42 Coffee just opened up this year. I’ve stopped by to study twice now and both times the place was packed to the gills with people. It’s always awesome to see new places thriving right away, and so it’s extra important to support them right now so they’ll stay around even longer! They serve Coffee Emporium coffee which is delicious. They’re located right by the Loveland Bike Trail, so if you’re one of those insane people who goes for long bike rides along the trail, make sure you stop and grab a drink from them! They are still open and serving drinks through their walk-up window.

Bean & Brew (Batavia)

Located in downtown Batavia, I first heard about Bean & Brew on Instagram. Coffee and beer? Two of my favorite things! A few weeks back when we headed down to the Board of Elections to get our early voting on we stopped in because it’s right across the street from the BOE (just watch out for the crazy dudes trying to get you to vote for them). They have a nice selection of brews from Sons of Toil Brewing in Mt. Orab (which is worth the drive, for the record). They have several different indoor seating areas and a really great outdoor space that I can’t wait to utilize on a day that isn’t cold and raining and ruined by COVID-19. They are currently open & serving carry-out coffee, food, and growler fills. And you can order online.
